လျှောက်ထားလိုသူများသည် အောက်ပါစာရွက်စာတမ်းများနှင့်အတူ “ညွှန်ကြားရေးမှူးချုပ်၊ ဆက်သွယ်ရေးညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာန၊ ပို့ဆောင်ရေးနှင့်ဆက်သွယ်ရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ရုံးအမှတ် (၂)၊ နေပြည်တော်” သို့ လိပ်မူ၍ပေးပို့လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
